This is my second design of a cat and bird houses. They both incorporate a small amount of decorative blackwork. If you are new to this technique then both designs will be ideal as a starting point to try this stitch mixed with a fusion of colourful cross stitches. Work on 14 count Aida or 28 count evenweave.

Finished size: 203 x 203 mm or 8 x 8 inches
